Together for Children Sunderland is looking to appoint an experienced team manager to lead the Practice Development Team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and develop outstanding practice across our service areas, utilizing our quality assurance processes to drive positive change. The successful candidate will have a passion for developing Participation and Engagement services, ensuring the voices of children and young people influence practice organization-wide.
