We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Telesales Team Manager to build, lead, develop, and motivate a new team of telesales professionals for our Customer Loyalty Team. Whilst remaining hands on, this role is responsible for delivering sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience through effective telephone-based sales operations with our current customers. You will combine strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach to coaching, performance management, and sales strategy execution in a "player / manager" role.
As a Telesales Team Manager, we are looking for someone to:
Qualifications
- Be single minded in your desire to 'make the sale'.
- Build, lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve and exceed
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Ensure consistent achievement of conversion rates, call volumes, and revenue targets
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Ensure adherence to scripts, processes, and compliance requirements
- Monitor call quality and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies
