Together is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager to lead the design and delivery of assurance programmes evaluating regulatory and conduct risk exposure. You will provide independent 2LOD assurance under the Head of Monitoring and report to the CCO, contributing to the annual monitoring plan and governance reports.
You will design reviews, size risks, deliver clear findings and recommendations, and act as deputy for the Head of Compliance when required.
