Job Description
As a Corporate Lending Case Manager, you will manage corporate lending cases from application through to loan completion and drawdown. Working closely with Underwriters, Sales Teams, Brokers, Customers, and external partners, you'll ensure applications progress efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.
As a Corporate Lending Case Manager, we're looking for someone to:
- Manage corporate lending cases from application through to completion and drawdown
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, brokers, and stakeholders, providing excellent service and regular updates
- Coordinate with Underwriters, Sales Teams, Portfolio Managers, Solicitors, and Valuers to progress applications efficiently
- Monitor case pipelines, manage timelines, resolve issues, and elevate risks where required
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and completed in line with lending and regulatory requirements
- Support loan offers, valuations, legal processes, and completion activities
- Produce MI reporting, maintain accurate records, and identify opportunities to improve processes
- Provide coaching and support to the wider team
Qualifications
- Experience in corporate lending, loan operations, or case management in a financial lender
- Familiarity with corporate loan products, credit analysis, and lending processes
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing loan documentation
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure smooth communication with customers, brokers, colleagues and stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in both CRM and loan operating systems
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing issues and delays
