The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.

Ensure all monies advanced by Together are securely registered at HM Land Registry and Companies House (if applicable). Monitor post-completion matters to ensure Together’s charge is registered in accordance with the solicitor pack. Submit applications through the Land Registry portal. Monitor and action Land Registry requisitions/warnings of cancellation. Maintain up-to-date post-completion records by accurately entering data into internal systems. Review the outstanding securities report, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies and external regulations. Escalate potential issues to the Securities Manager or Title Insurance Manager as per Together’s policies and procedures. Liaise with third-party solicitors and lending institutions to ensure Together’s security interests are perfected. Respond to queries from internal teams and external solicitors promptly and professionally. Generate monthly Excel metric reports showing total volumes of outstanding securities (Companies House & HM Land Registry). Monitor the solicitor panel to ensure all firms comply with Together’s instructions; remove non-compliant firms as necessary. Register Legal Charges, equitable charges, agreed notices, and restrictions at HM Land Registry, where applicable. Submit MR01 applications to Companies House within prescribed time limits. Release redeemed charges via e-DS1, DS1, or DS3 forms.
