Together is seeking an Operational Trainer to support onboarding and development of new colleagues across our Operations teams.
You will deliver blended training using the 70:20:10 model, ensuring staff understand processes, systems and compliance requirements.
You will design and run colleague academies, work with Risk, Central Talent & Development, HR and recruitment, and track onboarding progress, feeding insights to improve future training strategies within the Together framework.
