Together is recruiting an experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our Service Desk in Cheadle. You will resolve incidents, handle service requests, and provide technical guidance across the business, supporting colleagues via multiple channels.
You will own incidents end-to-end, manage queues to meet SLAs, and maintain asset and license records. Strong ITIL experience and PowerShell scripting are advantageous as you help drive improvements and knowledge sharing.
