As a Front of House Coordinator you will provide a proactive, professional, welcoming and efficient front of house service to welcome our colleagues and visitors offering the highest levels of service at all times. You will assist the wider Facilities team by carrying out a variety of administrative and management support tasks to ensure that confidential and essential key tasks are completed for both internal management and colleagues.

As a Front of House Coordinator you will:

  • Provide a professional welcome to all visitors, clients and staff
  • Ensure all day to day operational activities are managed effectively and are in accordance with set policies and procedures
  • Take responsibility for monitoring the security of the building to maintain the safety of our building, colleagues, visitors and contractors. This will include locking and securing the building at the end of the day
  • Ensure visitor check-in and security procedures are followed
  • Maintain a polished, smart and professional Front of House Service at all times
  • Assist in the planning and management of the Front of House area providing training and coaching as required
  • Product reports and information as required to support the wider facilities team
  • Record and Manage first aid incidents
  • Provide support to the facilities management team during emergency situations if/when they arise
  • Manage our visitor management process and provide reporting when required
  • Manage the main switchboard and answer and deliver all calls professionally
  • Uphold company values and demonstrate discretion and professionalism at all times

This is a part time role where the hours are Monday and Tuesday 08:30 - 17:00 and Wednesday 08:30 till 12:45. Ideally we would need a little flexibility when there are staff absences.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Extensive Front of House experience with the ability to identify process improvements
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Competent user of MS office suite and experience of working with in house systems
  • Excellent organisation skills, attention to detail and ability to multi task
  • GCSEs or Equivalent

Desirable:

  • First Aid trained with current certificate
  • Experience of Facilities Management
  • Fire Marshall training
  • Events experience
