Supporting all stages of the conveyancing process from pre- contract to completion, you will be reviewing and processing requests related to loan security both from internal and external parties across our Commercial and Residential loans. The Securities Team is responsible for mitigating risk and group exposure prior to loan approval by validating the proposal, together with the sustainability and enforceability of the loan post decision.
