  • Design and maintain HR system workflows across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, absence, leavers), ensuring compliance with internal policies, UK employment law, and regulatory requirements, with comprehensive documentation of processes and user guidance
  • Support the People Analytics team in building dashboards and reports for HR, Finance, Risk, and senior leadership (e.g., headcount, turnover, absence, workforce trends)
  • Support regulatory and audit requirements through accurate data extraction, evidence provision (e.g., SMCR population data, remuneration reporting), and GDPR compliance in all system processes
  • Provide support and training to HR colleagues and managers on system queries, data entry, and navigation, whilst collaborating with Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Reward, and IT to ensure effective data flows and system integrations
  • Support HR technology projects, including new modules, integrations, upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives, leading configuration design and testing prior to go-live

Qualifications:

  • Essential Experience working with HR systems, ideally within financial services or another regulated sector
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, system configuration, and data governance
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and produce meaningful insights
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, data security, and audit requirements
  • Confident in engaging with suppliers, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with HR reporting tools beneficial
  • Experience with HRIS such as Cascade, SmartRecruiters, Workday, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar
