Throughout your programme you will be fully supported by a dedicated Academy Partner, as well as being mentored by Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

Core Skills:

  • Strong creative and articulate writing skills, with the ability to distil and communicate complex or technical information clearly.
  • Analytical approach to understanding a broad and diverse customer base, including media landscapes and influence strategies.
  • Well-organised with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn new systems and software packages.
  • Genuine interest in PR, social media, and word-of-mouth brand campaigns that drive talkability and brand awareness.

Qualifications: What we are looking for:

  • Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026;
  • Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree;
  • An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
  • Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis; (the role is not remote)
  • A problem solving approach and a keen desire to learn new tools and technologies;
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, basic analysis).
