Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager - Heter Iska, you will deliver an outstanding service to new and existing commercial customers, maximising all sales opportunities in order to meet team targets and KPI's through individual performance and support of the wider team. As a Business Development Manager - Heter Iska, we are looking for someone to:
- Develop sales opportunities through contact with commercial customers over the telephone to establish the nature of their business, growth plans and future needs
- Have a good understanding of what a Heter Iska product is and the market that it operates in
- Have the ability to travel around mainland UK to events and client meetings developing relationships with new customers
- Establish long term relationships with customers, contacting them at appropriate points to review any funding requirements
- Accurately assess inbound enquiries, maximise sales opportunities and understand the customer's requirements to discuss all available products
- Maximise sales opportunities in order to meet individual and departmental targets by building and managing customer relationships and role modelling behaviours
- Represent the company's brand and values in all contact with customers so that customer retention and repeat business is maximised

- A background in telephone or face to face sales
- Knowledge of the property industry
- Strong Interpersonal and communication skills
