Throughout your programme you will be fully supported by a dedicated Academy Manager, as well as being mentored by Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

This role sits within one of four business areas: Project Delivery, Change Management, Intermediary, or Corporate Portfolio. Depending on the area you join, you'll support key activity such as coordinating initiatives, analysing information, managing priorities, and contributing to effective delivery and performance within that part of the business. The role offers valuable exposure to how decisions are planned, delivered, and managed within your specialist area, and is well suited to someone who enjoys problemâsolving and supporting business outcomes.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026;
- Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree;
- An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
- Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis; (the role is not remote)
- A problem solving approach and a keen desire to learn new tools and technologies;
- Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, basic analysis)
