Throughout your programme you will be fully supported by a dedicated Academy Partner, as well as being mentored by Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

Core Skills:
- Strong creative and articulate writing skills, with the ability to distil and communicate complex or technical information clearly.

- Well-organised with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn new systems and software packages.
- Genuine interest in PR, social media, and word‐of‐mouth brand campaigns that drive talkability and brand awareness.
Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026;
- Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree;
- An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
- Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis; (the role is not remote)
- A problem solving approach and a keen desire to learn new tools and technologies;
- Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, basic analysis).
