Director of Finance
Together Women is one of the UK's leading specialist charities supporting women and girls facing multiple disadvantage. For almost twenty years we have delivered trauma informed, gender responsive services that help women overcome the issues that have brought them into contact with the criminal justice system or place them at risk of entering it.
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Location: Leeds Central Team and Hybrid working.
Hours: 37 hours per week (full-time)
This role is open to female applicants only, as an occupational requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010

Our senior leadership team is small, experienced and collaborative. The Director of Finance will work closely with the Chief Executive, Director of Services, Director of Development and Director of People, and will play an important role in shaping the organisation’s direction and priorities.
We are looking for someone who wants to understand the organisation beyond the numbers. Someone who is interested in how our services work, understands the pressures and opportunities we are managing and can bring clear, thoughtful financial insight into both strategic and operational decision making.
