Leeds Women’s Centre Manager (Fixed term contract – up to 12 months interim cover)

Hours: 37 hours, full-time. Fixed term contract – up to 12 months

Role summary

Together Women is looking for an experienced manager to take on an interim role of up to 12 months of cover for our Leeds Centre Manager position.

Responsibilities

  • The Centre Manager will be responsible for the management of a range of services, ensuring high quality standards are consistently met and partnerships are established and maintained.
  • The Leeds centre is funded via a range of commissioners both statutory and non-statutory, and you will lead on the contract and performance management including all relationships with commissioners.
  • The Centre Manager will ensure the ever-growing staff team are effectively managed, supported and encouraged to develop within their roles.
  • Working alongside the senior management team, the Centre Manager will develop and implement the charities strategic business plan and contribute to the effective leadership of the organisation.
