Job Highlights
- Together Women is looking for an outstanding Adult Sexual Exploitation Key Worker to be part of our Bradford Team.
- The Key Worker will provide intensive support to women who have been groomed or sexually exploited, deliver trauma informed group work programmes and develop referral pathways for women (including those leaving custody). This role will also include delivering group and 1-1 sessions supporting women to develop their LifeSkills through Barclays Smallwood Trust Modules.
- To fulfil the role, you will require the ability to provide advice and guidance, have knowledge of the causes and effects related to sexual exploitation, homelessness and substance misuse. The Key Worker will be required to demonstrate commitment to the values of Together Women, show commitment to equality and diversity and understand the importance of maintaining professional boundaries.
