This is an exciting opportunity to join Together for Mental Wellbeing as Contract Manager for a new supported living contract across Suffolk. You’ll play a pivotal role in mobilising services, building strong partners and creating high quality, values led support that enables people to live fulfilling, independent lives.
This is more than a management role. This is a chance to design, influence and lead. You won’t be stepping into a service that’s already set in stone — you’ll be:

As Contract Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple supported living sites, ensuring services are:
- Safe, high quality and outcome focused
- Financially sustainable and contractually compliant

You will work closely with commissioners, local partners, landlords and internal teams to ensure services deliver what matters most - positive outcomes for people.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the delivery of supported living services across Suffolk
- Act as the senior operational lead for commissioner and stakeholder relationships
- Lead the mobilisation and development of a new supported living contract
- Embed strong governance, risk management and quality assurance frameworks
- Oversee financial performance, occupancy and sustainability
- Line manage and develop Operational Managers, providing strong, compassionate leadership
- Champion service user leadership, equality, inclusion and positive risk taking
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and future growth
