Join an organisation where you are truly valued! This role involves working a four week rolling rota which covers days, evenings, weekends, sleep ins and bank holidays - additional £55 enhancement paid for sleep ins. No personal care involved. Permanent contract.

NIHCSS is a partnership between Together for Mental Wellbeing and St Martins Housing. We are a recovery based service supporting people over the age of 18 with mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • As a mental health recovery worker, you will support individuals to engage in the service and to achieve their goals and aspirations through individual key work, targeted recovery outcome focused interventions and person centred planning.
  • You will provide support utilising your fully flexible and personalised approach and act as a support navigator to make creative use of the resources available.
  • You will empower individuals to exercise choice and control and work alongside people to develop and review robust assessments, safety management plans and recovery support plans.

About you

YOU MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE AND HAVE ACCESS TO A VEHICLE THAT YOU ARE HAPPY TO USE FOR WORK PURPOSES AS THIS ROLE INVOLVES WORKING IN THE COMMUNITY & TAKING CLIENTS TO APPOINTMENTS - mileage expenses paid. BE WILLING TO WORK THE SHIFT PATTERN.
