Key Responsibilities:
As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will:
- Support adults (18+) with severe mental health needs
- Work across our supported living service in Norwich (NR2) and within the North Norfolk community
- Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused support
- Help individuals achieve their goals through tailored interventions
- Develop and review risk assessments, safety plans and recovery plans
- Empower people to build independence, choice and control
You will also be expected to work from our Bakery Court base office at least 2 days per week as part of our hybrid team approach.
