We are looking for a Specialist Community Support Worker with a positive and enthusiastic approach, who is friendly, a great communicator and eager to provide high levels of support. Can work as part of a team or independently, maintaining and encouraging open and honest lines of communication. Working Pattern:
- Long shifts: 08:00‑22:30 or 08:30‑22:30
- Early shifts: 08:00‑15:30 or 08:30‑15:30
- Late shifts: 15:30‑22:30
There is an expectation that colleagues will be able to work all shift variations to meet the needs of the service. 37.5 hours per week worked flexibly, including weekends.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: £26,230 per year (£13.45 per hour).
- Enhancement: Time and a quarter for all weekend hours worked (£16.82 per hour).
- Annual Leave: 27 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, rising to 30 days after 5 years and 33 days after 10 years.
- Generous pension scheme and death‑in‑service benefit: initial company contribution of 4% and up to six times base salary for death‑in‑service.
