In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with volunteers, developing and implementing strategies to enhance their experience and maximise their contribution to the organisation\’s mission. Your creativity and innovation will be key in designing engaging volunteer programmes and initiatives that align with our client\’s values and objectives.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and strong organisational abilities.
