Summary

You will be working in a caring home environment with the wider team under the leadership of the Registered Manager, nurturing, and supporting the young people providing them with all the care, love, and support that they would receive as if it was their family home.

Hours

  • 1 x 30 hour per week contract (3 x 10 Hour Shift, working 3/7 days on rotational basis)
  • There will be an opportunity to pick up extra shifts to cover holidays and Absence.

Salary

30 hour contract – £19,760.00 (£12.67ph) pro-rata to 30 hours

Full salary for a 37.5-hour week is £24,700; hours worked on a weekend or between 11pm and 7am will be paid +25% on the hourly Rate of £12.67ph (£15.84ph).

Join our dedicated team supporting three young people with Autism and Learning Difficulties during night hours. You\\\’ll help meet their physical, emotional, and social needs, promote independence, and ensure their safety in line with person-centred care plans. You will have the support of another staff member who will be on sleep-in shift.
