Are you a passionate Occupational Therapist ready to make a real difference in the lives of children and young people? Together Trust is looking for a Specialist OT to deliver high‑quality therapy support primarily in mainstream schools across Liverpool and the surrounding areas.
What You Will Do:- Work autonomously managing your own caseload of students, collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families.
- Carry out holistic assessments and design evidence‑based therapy programs tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide specialist advice, training and support to staff, parents, and carers.
- Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and innovation in practice.
- Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive learning culture.
- Qualified Occupational Therapist, HCPC‑registered and RCOT member.
- Experience in mainstream school settings, supporting children with complex needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
- Knowledge of assessment tools, outcome measures and embedding therapy into learning.
