Our client, a well-established organisation in Cheadle, Cheshire, is seeking a dedicated Volunteering Development Officer to join their team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with volunteers, developing and implementing strategies to enhance their experience and maximise their contribution to the organisation\’s mission. Your creativity and innovation will be key in designing engaging volunteer programmes and initiatives that align with our client\’s values and objectives.,

  • Develop and implement effective volunteer recruitment and retention strategies
  • Design and deliver training and support programmes for volunteers
  • Coordinate volunteer activities and events
  • Monitor and evaluate volunteer programmes to ensure continuous improvement
  • Maintain accurate records and generate reports on volunteer engagement and impact

    The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail and strong organisational abilities. You will be comfortable working independently and collaboratively, building strong relationships with volunteers, staff, and external stakeholders., Relevant experience in volunteer management or a related field
