A driver is preferred for this role. You must have a full clean licence which has been held for 12 months or more. We are looking for a Specialist Community Support Worker with a positive and enthusiastic approach, who is friendly, a great communicator and eager to provide high levels of support. Can work as part of a team or independently, maintaining and encouraging open and honest lines of communication.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week worked flexibly during the week (including weekends). The shift patterns are:
- Long shifts: 08:00‑22:30 or 08:30‑22:30
- Early shifts: 08:00‑15:30 or 08:30‑15:30
- Late shifts: 15:30‑22:30
There is an expectation that colleagues will be able to work all shift variations to meet the needs of the service.
Salary: £26,230 per year (£13.45 per hour). Enhancement: Time and a quarter for all weekend hours worked.
