We are seeking a Community Support Worker to join one of our community-based services in Brinnington, Stockport. Our service aims to provide extensive care, specialist positive behaviour support and promote independence and inclusion within the local community. We work to empower the individuals to take control of their own lives.

The main focus is to provide the highest level of support to enable greater independence, choice and fulfilment for the individuals. We are looking for a Community Support Worker who has the ability and resilience to work with behaviour, which may challenge, in a caring and consistent manner, including the maintenance of appropriate boundaries for behaviour.
