Together Trust Centre is looking for 2 Night Care Workers to join their residential service in Romiley, Stockport. You will provide care and support to children and young adults with complex health conditions during the night, performing various domestic duties.

The role requires working three 10-hour shifts a week, including weekends, under the guidance of the Registered Manager.

Candidates must have a GCSE level education, be over 22, and have prior experience working with young disabled people.
