Additional training is provided for all support requirements.About you….Do you have the skills we are looking for.Good communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll be expected to liaise with other staff, parents/carers, and professionals.Am ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, taking the lead when required, maintaining & encouraging open and honest communication.You must have a good understanding of English and IT skills and be happy to complete all the paperwork and care plans to a good quality. Which includes daily recording on IT systems (Clearcare) and other records such as incident reports.An enthusiastic, reliable and outgoing person with a level of maturity, skills and interests which can be utilised to engage the young people.Is this you?
