Specialist OT to deliver high-quality therapy support primarily in mainstream schools across Liverpool and the surrounding areas.

What You Will Do:

  • Work autonomously managing your own caseload of students, collaborating with teachers, school staff, and families.
  • Carry out holistic assessments and design evidence-based therapy programs tailored to each student’s needs.
  • Provide specialist advice, training, and support to staff, parents, and carers.
  • Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and innovation in practice.
  • Supervise and mentor junior colleagues, fostering a positive and inclusive learning culture.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Qualified Occupational Therapist, HCPC-registered and RCOT member.
  • Experience in mainstream school settings, supporting children with complex needs or Autism Spectrum Conditions.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating effectively.
  • Knowledge of assessment tools, outcome measures, and embedding therapy into learning.
