We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech and Language Therapist to join our team* **Salary:** £43,150 FTE (Actual Salary: £39,667.04)* **Hours:** 37.5 – 41 weeks term time.* **Location:** Inscape House School* **DBS Requirement:** Enhanced Child & Adult Workforce DBS (provided by the employer)**Join Our Specialist Team**Inscape House School is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Senior Speech and Language Therapist** to join our multidisciplinary team supporting children and young people aged **5–19 years** with **Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)**.This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference by delivering high-quality, evidence-informed speech and language therapy within a specialist educational setting. You will work collaboratively with teachers, teaching assistants, occupational therapists, educational psychologists, positive behaviour support practitioners and counsellors to help students achieve their full communication potential.**About the Role**As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will independently manage a clinical caseload of students with a wide range of speech, language and communication needs, including those with complex communication profiles and specialist requirements such as Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).You will carry out comprehensive assessments, develop and implement individualised intervention programmes, monitor progress and provide expert advice to colleagues and families.
