About the role: Together we provide support, care and independence for adults with disabilities or complex health needs in local communities. As a Specialist Community Support Worker, you will work in our supported living service in Blackrod, Bolton, helping adults live independently and promoting inclusion through positive behaviour support.

Location and Hours: Blackrod, Bolton – 37.5 hours per week, worked flexibly over five days. Weekend working is required.

Salary and Working Pattern: Annual salary £26,230 (≈ £13.45 per hour). Time-and-a-quarter pay for all weekend hours worked and a sleep‑in payment of £107.60 for any sleep shifts worked.
