Job Summary We have a rewarding opportunity for an Administrator to join our team supporting children’s services based in LowerBroughton/CheethamHill, Manchester. The home supports up to five young people who need permanent care or support to help them prepare a move into foster care. Location, Hours and Salary Location – LowerBroughton / CheethamHill – North Manchester Hours – 25 hours per week (flexible within Monday to Friday) Salary – £17,486.67 per year (£13.45 per hour) Key Responsibilities * Write, spell, report and record documentation accurately. * Communicate effectively with other professionals and families. * Build confident positive relationships with multidisciplinary teams, staff and young people. * Operate efficiently on Word, Excel, Access and Outlook. * Handle petty cash and update the online portal system for financial records. * Support the manager and staff team in day‑to‑day operations. Qualifications and Skills * Strong writing and spelling ability. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). * Excellent keyboard skills. * Experience or competency in recording documentation. * Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with multidisciplinary teams and young people.
