Together Travel Co is recruiting a Duty Manager to support day to day operations at Lews Castle on the Isle of Lewis. This role suits an experienced hospitality professional who enjoys leading teams, maintaining high standards, and delivering a strong guest experience in a unique setting.

The role

  • Support daily operations across guest services, The Storehouse, housekeeping, and events.
  • Act as a visible, hands on presence during service, ensuring smooth delivery across departments.
  • Support and lead team members on shift, setting clear standards and addressing issues calmly and professionally.
  • Help coordinate events and food and beverage activity as required.
  • Ensure high standards of presentation, service, and guest care are maintained at all times.
  • Contribute to the efficient running of the venue, balancing guest experience with commercial awareness.

Working pattern

The role is full time and permanent. Working hours will reflect the operational needs of a busy hospitality venue, including weekends and events. The role is based on site at Lews Castle on the Isle of Lewis.
