Built on hospitality, clarity and care, we create the conditions for connection to happen properly. Food plays a central role in how our space feels. It supports focus, energy and conversation without ever demanding attention. We're now looking for a Sous Chef to support the kitchen with precision, care and consistency.
As Sous Chef, you'll support the quality, consistency and rhythm of everything that leaves the kitchen. You'll help develop the kitchen team, assist in designing thoughtful seasonal menus, and ensure food service supports the flow of meetings and events. This is a hands-on role for someone who values simplicity and understands that great food is as much about restraint as it is about creativity.
- Lead and manage the kitchen team in the Head Chef's absence, setting high standards for food preparation, presentation and service.
- Support the Head Chef in designing and delivering seasonal, considered menus for corporate meetings, conferences and private events.
- Support the Head Chef in food costing, budgeting, stock control and supplier management.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene and health regulations.
- Train, mentor and develop kitchen staff, fostering a calm, professional and supportive working environment.
- Support day-to-day kitchen operations, optimising workflow and efficiency without compromising quality.
- Conduct regular kitchen checks and reviews, maintaining equipment, standards and cleanliness.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers to source high-quality, seasonal ingredients.
Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Chef de Partie in a high-quality hospitality or events environment.
- Confident designing menus that are seasonal, thoughtful and appropriate to professional settings.
- Commercially aware, with experience managing food costs, margins and stock.
- Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene and kitchen compliance.
- Someone who cares how food supports the wider experience, not just what's on the plate.
Be part of a purpose-led brand redefining food and hospitality in professional spaces. Work in a considered, design-led environment where quality and care matter. Have the space to cook with intent, restraint and seasonal focus.
If you believe great food should feel effortless, supportive and quietly memorable, we'd love to hear from you.
