TOGETHER is a human-first space designed for how people come together. We bring hospitality, clarity and care to every detail, creating the conditions for connection to happen properly. We exist to make people feel recognised, at ease and genuinely looked after. We remove friction so they can show up fully. We lead with care over performance, emotional intelligence over scripted hospitality, and meaningful experiences built from thoughtful details. We're growing, and we're looking for an Event Production Manager to help shape what comes next.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

The Role

This role goes beyond event management. As Event Production Manager, you become a true partner to our clients. An extension of their team from handover through to delivery. You understand what success looks like for them, and you help shape experiences that go beyond the brief. You don't just execute. You think ahead. You spot challenges before they become problems. You suggest ideas clients haven't considered. You build confidence at every step. You think for the client when they don't have time to think for themselves. You bring calm under pressure. Sharp attention to detail. A natural instinct for making people feel supported and looked after. You carry the TOGETHER brand through every touchpoint. Brand doesn't live in a logo or a deck. It lives in every welcome, every email, every conversation, every event we create. The role asks for flexibility around event timings and operations. That means early starts and occasional evenings where needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with clients as their key point of contact across the event journey
  • Understand client objectives and shape experiences that deliver against them
  • Think beyond the brief and recommend ideas that add value
  • Own all production and operational detail from handover to completion
  • Create clear documentation, schedules and operational briefs
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external suppliers
  • Lead event-day delivery with a calm, positive presence onsite
  • Anticipate challenges and provide practical solutions
  • Identify ways to enrich events, across AV, branding, food and beverage, activations and creative moments
  • Work closely with Commercial, Operations and Leadership teams, stepping in across the wider operation where needed

About You

  • Experience in event management, event production or venue operations
  • Confident managing delivery, suppliers, AV and production
  • Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable and solutions-led
  • Commercially aware, with an eye for opportunity
  • A clear communicator who builds trust with clients, teams and partners
  • Someone who values care over performance, and people over process
  • Someone who wants to be part of something, not just employed by it

Why TOGETHER?

We're building something with intention. We create experiences that feel effortless, meaningful and human. We believe connection deserves design. We're looking for people who want to build that with us. This is how we gather now. With intent. With ease.

Please apply with your CV only. No cover note required.
