Job Description
As a Talent Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of our learning strategy. This role combines operational coordination, data insight, and digital learning system management to help us deliver impactful development experiences across the business.
As a Talent Development Coordinator, we are looking for someone to:
Learning Coordination & Team Support
- Coordinate and support the delivery of learning initiatives, including preparation of materials and course administration
- Champion best practices and a positive team culture by managing meeting minutes, tracking actions, and overseeing work allocation
- Maintain and monitor the Talent Development budget, including procurement of materials and services
- Manage core TD processes and systems (e.g. inbox, reporting, calendar)
- Administer and coordinate external qualifications across the organisation
- Provide general administrative support for wider TD activities and People Team projects
Data & Digital Learning
- Have an eye for detail with our data, as you will analyse and report to drive the right decision making for us
- Analyse learning data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Manage and evolve our Learning Management System (Learning Zone), ensuring optimal use of current and future functionality
- Lead the design, delivery, and tracking of mandatory training across the business
- Support the team in planning and coordinating digital and in-person learning experiences
Qualifications
Essential
- Have an eye for detail with data and reporting to support decision making
- Able to analyse data and produce visuals or reports that tell the story
- Have confidence with managing high volumes of small-scale tasks
- Proactive problem-solving mindset to support continuously developing our approaches
- A real people person, putting people first with decision making
- Genuinely curious to be involved in wider Talent Development and People initiatives
Desirable
- Experience in Financial Services or regulated environments to support risk governance
- Evidence of ongoing professional development
- Experience supporting project delivery
- Familiarity with eLearning content creation
- Experience working with LMS platforms
- Strong Excel skills or experience in reporting and MI
- Background in Talent Development or coordination roles
