Location: This role is based 5 days at our Cheadle office in South Manchester – Only applicants able to work from the office will be considered. Based in Cheadle, South Manchester, we’ve been established since 1974 and have built a team of over 750 colleagues, who are passionate about supporting individuals and businesses achieve their property ambitions by taking a common-sense approach to lending a range of mortgage and secured loan products to individuals and businesses. Job Description As a Telesales Executive , you will work as part of our fantastic Direct Sales team. You will be responsible for making proactive outbound calls to existing customers who may be coming to the end of their mortgage term. You will also be taking sales calls from inbound potential customers and setting appointments for the Relationship Managers & Mortgage Advisors. You will be given leads each day and the focus of the calls will be about quality rather than quantity. You will become a product expert and be able to support customers with the products they need for the purchase of property. We want you to have a long career with us. We promote from this team and you will have the opportunity to go down multiple career avenues which includes gaining qualifications in Mortgage Advice Practice (CeMAP). Responsibilities Create sales opportunities through outbound calls with commercial and personal customers to establish the nature of their business, growth plans & future finance needs. Have an appetite to learn about Together’s products and underwriting criteria (you would be given full training) so you can refer customers that meet the requirements as prescribed within the lending policy. Consistently provide a high level of service to all customers, to maximise the potential from each call and help customers achieve their goals. Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to with all contacts so that regulatory requirements are met. Qualifications Proven track record of customer service orientation and rapport-building skills. Ideally experience of generating new leads and creating sales appointments. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Full use of Microsoft suite of products.
