Job Description
We are looking for someone to look after one of our office buildings at 5300 Lakeside, which incorporates 90 serviced office suites, meeting room and bright modern break out facilities, and Highfield House. This is our smaller Business Centre located on the same Business Park with 13 suites. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to look after our offices and our valued tenants.
As a Receptionist, We Are Looking For Someone To:
- Work on Reception, meeting and greeting tenants and visitors
- Managing meeting room bookings and payments
- Carrying out viewings on vacant office suites
- Handling inbound calls
- Supporting tenants as needed
- Providing admin support
- Carrying out Compliance checks
- Organising events to assist with our social media postings
- Supporting the management team as needed
- Dealing with post and deliveries
- Ensuring the smooth daily running of both buildings
Qualifications
Essential
- Experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills
- Organisational skills for a busy and varied role
- Ability to multitask under pressure
Desirable
- Previous experience in a reception or concierge role
