Corporate Credit is seeking two graduates to embark on an exciting two-year journey, gaining hands-on experience across the function. You will be more than just a project manager; you will become an integral member of our team, gaining invaluable insights into Together’s loan processes and contributing to our strategic goals. Our graduates will play a crucial role in enhancing our Target Operating Model, aimed at improving underwriting and management for evolving client needs. You will assist in reviewing applications, conducting analysis, and fostering relationships to protect our loan book while driving sustainable profitability.

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
- Graduated in 2024 or are due to complete in 2025;
- Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree;
- An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
- Good analytical and problem solving skills;
- Good communication and written communication skills;
- Experience of modern languages not directly used in the software itself e.g. Terraform, Powershell, MS Power Platform or 365;
- Comfortable with presenting and building relationships.
