Graduate Programme Overview

Throughout your programme you will be fully supported by a dedicated Academy Partner, as well as being mentored by Senior Leaders and previous Together Graduates during the course of the programme.

Core Skills

• Strong creative and articulate writing skills, with the ability to distil and communicate complex or technical information clearly;
• Analytical approach to understanding a broad and diverse customer base, including media landscapes and influence strategies;
• Well‑organised with strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn new systems and software packages;
• Genuine interest in PR, social media, and word‑of‑mouth brand campaigns that drive talkability and brand awareness;

Qualifications

• Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026;
• Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree;
• An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
• Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis (the role is not remote);
• A problem‑solving approach and a keen desire to learn new tools and technologies;
• Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g., formulas, basic analysis);
