We are looking for a driven and results‑oriented Telesales Team Manager to build, lead, develop, and motivate a team of telesales professionals. This role is responsible for delivering sales targets, improving team performance, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience through effective telephone‑based sales operations. You will combine strong leadership skills with a hands‑on approach to coaching, performance management, and sales strategy execution.
Responsibilities:
- Build, lead, coach, and motivate a team of telesales executives to achieve and exceed targets
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs and performance metrics
- Drive revenue growth by implementing effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Ensure consistent achievement of conversion rates, call volumes, and revenue targets
- Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Proven experience in a telesales or contact centre sales environment
