We are looking for a Digital Learning Partner to take a strategic, creative and innovative lead across our digital learning landscape. This role blends learning design, platform optimisation, stakeholder collaboration and digital problem-solving to ensure colleagues have access to learning that is meaningful, accessible and seamlessly embedded into their flow of work.

As a key custodian of our Access LMS and Thrive content ecosystem, you will shape how our people experience digital learning—from building content and campaigns to improving platform usability and supporting colleagues in getting the most out of our tools. You will have the autonomy to innovate, test ideas and drive continuous improvement across our digital learning ecosystem.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and deliver digital learning solutions using M365, our LMS/LXP and other platforms.
  • Build learning into daily workflow through intuitive, user-centred digital ecosystems.
  • Conduct UX and accessibility reviews, ensuring compliance with digital design standards.
  • Use learning data and platform analytics to assess impact and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with SMEs and leaders to create digital learning that builds capability and supports development pathways.
  • Influence and challenge stakeholders to ensure solutions are effective, performance-focused and strategically aligned.
  • Integrate digital learning into wider L&D initiatives such as onboarding, leadership development and sales capability.
  • Support and maintain the LMS: content updates, optimisation, learner queries and supplier management.
  • Create user guides, workflow instructions and training materials, and deliver training to build digital capability.
  • Analyse system usage and learner feedback to drive enhancements and elevate the learner experience.
  • Collaborate across L&D and People Systems teams to deliver cohesive, joined-up learning experiences.
  • Continuously explore emerging learning technologies, trends and digital approaches.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience managing and maintaining an LMS/LXP.
  • Confidence using M365 tools to create connected, engaging learning experiences.
  • Ability to design smooth, intuitive digital learning journeys.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles.
  • Ability to interpret learning data and demonstrate behaviour or performance impact.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills—especially with senior SMEs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Naturally curious, proactive and quick to self-teach new tools.
  • Resilient, reflective and open to experimenting (and failing forward).
