As a Customer Relationship Manager at Together Money, you will work as part of our fantastic Direct Sales team supporting customers. You will be taking inbound calls from potential customers, establish what the Customer requires and then make appointments for the Business Development Managers & Mortgage Advisors to support the Customers further. You will also make proactive outbound calls to existing customers who may be coming to the end of their mortgage term or looking to refinance etc with the view to getting repeat business. This role is focused on providing an exceptional customer experience and supporting the sales team to deliver against our lending goals. We want you to have a long career with us. We promote from this team and you will have the opportunity to go down multiple career avenues, one of which includes gaining qualifications in Mortgage Advice Practice (CeMAP).
Responsibilities:
- Make ‘warm’ outbound calls to existing customers to fact find about additional lending we may be able to offer them
- Take inbound calls from new customers and make appointments with the most suitable Business Development Manager or Mortgage Advisor
- Have an appetite to learn about Together’s products and underwriting criteria (you would be given full training) so you are able qualify a customer’s suitability for a loan with Together
- Consistently provide a high level of service to all customers, to maximise the potential from each call and help customers achieve the best outcome
- Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to with all contacts so that regulatory requirements are met
Qualifications:
- Ideally experience of generating new Sales leads and creating sales appointments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Full use of Microsoft suite of products
Note: shifts alternate between 9 am – 5:30 pm and 10:30 am – 7 pm.
