Based in Cheadle, Cheshire, our 900 colleagues help our customers throughout the UK, backed by the power of a £7 billion loan book.

As a Reward Advisor, you will support the design, delivery, and day-to-day operation of Together's reward, recognition and benefits programmes. Operating within a regulated financial services environment, you will ensure all reward activities are compliant, market-competitive and aligned to the company's strategy, regulatory expectations (FCA/PRA) and internal governance standards.

As a Reward Advisor, we are looking for someone to:

  • Support the delivery of annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus awards and promotions, ensuring accurate data, consistent policy application and strong audit governance.
  • Maintain and update reward policies, job architecture, pay frameworks and benefits documentation in line with regulatory and market requirements.
  • Conduct job evaluations using the company's chosen methodology (Willis Towers Watson) and support market benchmarking activity to ensure roles remain competitive within the financial services sector.
  • Administer employee benefits (pension, healthcare, salary sacrifice schemes, wellbeing offerings), overseeing provider data, monthly submissions and changes for joiners and leavers.
  • Ensure reward practices comply with FCA and PRA remuneration rules, including Material Risk Takers (MRTs), deferrals, malus and clawback provisions.
  • Produce reward reports and dashboards, including gender pay gap analyses, pay benchmarking, bonus outcomes and cost modelling; support Finance with payroll reconciliation and budgeting cycles.
  • Provide guidance to managers and HR colleagues on reward policy, pay decisions and compensation structures; support internal communications on reward and benefits offerings.
  • Identify and recommend enhancements to reward processes, tools and systems, and contribute to reward projects such as system implementations or job architecture refreshes.

Qualifications:

Essential:

  • Experience in reward or HR analytical roles, ideally within financial services or a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of reward practices, pay structures, job evaluation and benefits administration.
  • High level of analytical ability with strong skills in Excel, data modelling and reporting.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

Desirable:

  • Experience with Cascade.
