This role sits within one of four business areas: Project Delivery, Change Management, Intermediary, or Corporate Portfolio. Depending on the area you join, you'll support key activity such as coordinating initiatives, analysing information, managing priorities, and contributing to effective delivery and performance within that part of the business. The role offers valuable exposure to how decisions are planned, delivered, and managed within your specialist area, and is well suited to someone who enjoys problemâsolving and supporting business outcomes.
Core Skills:
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, priorities, and deadlines effectively;
- Analytical thinking, able to review information, identify issues or trends, and support decisionâmaking;
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the confidence to present information clearly;
- Problemâsolving mindset, with a practical and structured approach to addressing challenges;
- Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when working with data, reports, plans, or documentation;
- Commercial awareness, with an understanding of how decisions impact business performance and outcomes;
- Adaptability, comfortable working in a changing environment with evolving priorities.
Qualifications:
- Graduated in 2025 or are due to complete in 2026;
- Minimum achievement or expectation of a 2:1 degree;
- An interest and enthusiasm to work in the Financial Services industry;
- Able to commute to Cheadle on a daily basis; (the role is not remote);
- A problemâsolving approach and a keen desire to learn new tools and technologies;
- Experience using Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, basic analysis).
