As a Finance Business Partner, you will lead the provision of a cost business partnering for Group Services of People, Risk, Facilities, Finance, Treasury and Operations, representing £40 million spend a year.
As a Finance Business Partner, we are looking for someone to:
- Provide a forward looking business partnering service for each senior manager, challenging them on what and how they are managing their business to drive value for money.
- Represent the shareholder in the continual challenge of ensuring money is spent wisely, imparting this passion into colleagues.
- Work with each business area and the procurement team to ensure all upcoming procurement decisions, be it new sourcing or contract renewals are managed in a timely manner and deliver value for the business.
- Keep up to speed on the rest of the cost base managed elsewhere within the team to be able to represent the whole cost base to the key stakeholders of the Group FD and CEO.
- Lead the input into budget and quarterly reforecasting submissions for those areas partnered.
Qualifications
- Qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA).
- Experience in Cost business partnering senior management or executive level stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, leadership, relationship building and influencing skills at a strategic level.
