Influencer Marketing Manager

Build and manage a robust network of creators across the UK and Europe, leading influencer marketing campaigns from briefing to reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously identify emerging creators, trends and communities across beauty, lifestyle, wellness and adjacent categories.
  • Build and maintain a network of nano, micro, mid‑tier and premium creators, ensuring a strong pipeline for upcoming opportunities.
  • Create tailored influencer recommendations based on brand objectives, audience insights and campaign goals.
  • Develop and maintain influencer databases and talent mapping resources.
  • Lead influencer marketing campaigns, managing briefing, content approvals, timelines, deliverables, logistics, budgets and KPIs.
  • Research, recruit and manage creators for paid partnerships and seeding programmes, handling large‑scale activations involving many creators.
  • Build and maintain relationships with talent managers, agents and influencer management agencies across Europe; negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights and contractual agreements.
  • Analyze influencer performance and campaign effectiveness; use data and insights to inform creator selection and optimisation.
  • Produce clear reporting and recommendations for clients and internal teams, tracking audience quality, engagement metrics, ROI and industry benchmarks.
  • Serve as the agency expert across influencer marketing platforms and tools such as Tribe, Traackr, Creator IQ, Kolsquare, Lefty and similar technologies.
  • Evaluate creator audiences and performance through platform analytics and third‑party tools, staying up to date with platform developments.
  • Support agency growth by contributing to new business opportunities, client growth and the establishment of best practices, processes and reporting frameworks.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships or social‑first marketing.
  • Agency experience preferred, ideally within beauty, fashion, lifestyle or luxury sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the UK and European creator landscape.
  • Proven experience managing paid influencer campaigns from start to finish.
  • Experience working with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools.
  • Strong commercial awareness, negotiation skills and excellent project management abilities.
  • Highly analytical with confidence interpreting performance data.
  • Exceptional relationship‑building skills and passion for social media, creator culture and emerging digital trends.
