Position based at Linthwaite Clough Primary School, 10 Chapel Hill, Linthwaite, Huddersfield, HD7 5NJ. Salary: Band F (NJC 16-19) Actual Salary: Β£22,845 - Β£24,000. Contract: Permanent, term time only plus 5 days. Hours: 31 hours per week. Daily hours 8.15am - 4.30pm. 4 full days per week (actual days to be discussed during interview). What the role involves in a nutshell:
- Leading the day-to-day administration of the school to ensure efficient, professional and effective support services for pupils, staff, parents and visitors.
- Managing key financial processes including purchasing, income collection, reconciliation and budget monitoring to ensure compliance and value for money.
- Overseeing HR administration, payroll processes, recruitment coordination, staff records, DBS checks, training compliance and the Single Central Record (SCR).
- Managing admissions, pupil data, management information systems and statutory returns to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Supporting the school's operational compliance, including safeguarding, data protection, health and safety, site security and business continuity arrangements.
- Building positive relationships with pupils, families, colleagues and external partners whilst delivering excellent customer service and acting as a professional ambassador for the school.
