People Advisor – People Team
Hours: 37 hours per week, All year round. Salary: £32,597 - £35,412, estimated 3.3% increase pending April pay award. Start date: ASAP. Location: Together Learning Trust, The Brooksbank School (hybrid working with travel to other sites).
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to provide high-quality employee relations and generalist HR support across our schools.
Responsibilities
- Deliver practical, compliant, and commercially sensible advice on absence management, flexible working requests, probation, capability and disciplinary processes.
- Ensure colleagues are managed fairly, consistently and inclusively.
- Support school leaders and managers, building trusted relationships and maintaining confidentiality and integrity.
- Collaborate with a central People Team and champion professional development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Experience as an HR professional or People Advisor.
- Strong employment relations knowledge and excellent people skills.
- Pragmatic, organised and highly professional with confidence to build trusted relationships.
- Current CIPD qualification or working toward the qualification.
- Commitment to confidentiality and integrity in all interactions.
